PL Mount Lens Cap
A lens cap for PL-mount cinema lenses, made for an Angenieux 10x12 zoom. It's a fairly difficult print with aggressive overhangs — the designer found that adding supports in Slic3r fused them to the cap, and got a cleaner result printing with no supports at all instead.
What you'll need
- 3D printer
- PL-mount lens
Suggested material: PLA or similar. Print without supports — the steep overhangs tend to fuse to generated support material. Expect some visible print lines on the dome.
