M42 Body & Lens Cap
A body cap for cameras with an M42 mount, and a matching rear lens cap for M42-mount lenses. The body cap uses a slightly undersized M42x1 thread and the lens cap a slightly oversized one, so both go on with a deliberately loose, easy fit. Note: these are large, highly detailed scans and the STL files are correspondingly big (~25MB and ~70MB).
What you'll need
- 3D printer
- M42-mount camera body and/or lens
Suggested material: PLA or similar rigid filament. The originals were printed with a 0.15mm layer height.
